We focus on establishing sustainable healthy habits to benefit all areas of your life. After we define what healthy is for you, we’ll work to develop a plan that’ll get you there. Your coach will be by your side to keep you motivated and accountable as you work through blocks and beliefs that keep you stuck. You’ll start to embody the picture of health that you once thought was out of reach. Our coaches can help you find clarity and confidence to move forward in any or all of these areas:

Personal growth, Being present, Stress reduction, Creativity and self-expression, Body love and self-confidence Ditching diet culture,

Health and wellness coaching will create tangible results in your life through mental shifts, emotional breakthroughs and sustainable habit change. In partnership with your coach, you will brainstorm solutions, overcome obstacles and celebrate victories! We utilize a unique blend of live one-on-one coaching sessions and a proprietary curriculum in our online eCoaching platform. Your coach will assign you modules to complete in between sessions to document your reflections, insights and commitments and to maximize the impact of your time spent together. While the curriculum will be tailored to you and your unique needs and priorities, it typically includes: 

Social – Strengthen the health of your relationships and community Now more than ever, strong social connections are key for mental wellbeing. You and your coach will assess your relationships and support community, break down old patterns and rebuild connections in more meaningful and fulfilling ways.

Mental – Improve and maintain mental and emotional health Though you don’t see it on the surface, your mental and emotional wellbeing is crucial and factors into just about everything you do. You’ll work with your coach to establish baselines and goals so that you can rewrite narratives and create healthy mental patterns.

Spiritual – Expand your spiritual knowledge and wellbeing Work with your coach to connect more closely with yourself and the world around you. Spiritual coaching will help you to walk confidently into your purpose and incorporate your spirituality into your day-to-day life.

Physical – Build sustainable habits for peak physical health Our bodies are the only vessel we have. Work with your coach to nourish yours properly with a nutritious diet and the right exercise regimen for you. Build long-lasting habits that continue to fuel both your body and mind.
